With his company Deluxe recently launching a whole host of new services alongside its already massive catalog of products and affiliate programs, Marty has first hand experience on how to handle rapid growth and shares his tips here.

These are some key takeaways from the video:

  • Deluxe is a merchant in the B2B space with eCommerce sites that have over 25,000 products and services that help small businesses run and grow their companies.
  • Deluxe has a number of affiliate programs, for which Marty is a manager. Deluxe’s “Shop Deluxe” program has over 5,000 products, checks, forms, promotional products, and more that can be branded with logos, your business name, etc. Deluxe has also recently moved into the services space with their “Deluxe Services” program which offers marketing services, logo design, web design, as well as enterprise hosting, domain registration, and more.
  • To handle this wide range of services and steady growth, Marty says that Deluxe does a number of things to make sure that they can work at scale, including automation when necessary, but also attending shows like ASE to make sure that they maintain positive personal relationships with their affiliates and partners.
