Not long ago Ad.net unveiled their new smart pricing service which allowed advertisers to more effectively optimize their campaigns to their CPA goals. Just 9 months later the company announced at ad:tech San Francisco that it had upgraded the service to an automated system, which now offered the same benefits for advertisers, but with even less of a responsibility to managing and monitoring their campaigns individually.

In a recent interview from ad:tech SF, Todd Ulise from Ad.net told us about the new automated smart pricing product, its features, and why it’s been a “game changer” for Ad.net.

These are some key takeaways from the video:

  • Ad.net is a performance-based network that’s recently rolled out their new automated smart pricing technology; an extension of their smart pricing technology which was released just nine months prior.
  • Ad.net’s automated smart pricing works across various channels including display, social, search, and email by firing a pixel and enabling advertisers to optimize to the CPA goal in an automated fashion. “It’s basically machine learning in a scalable fashion,” Todd explains.
  • Todd says that the most successful campaigns so far have been in the data, credit repair, and other general purpose categories that appeal to a wide audience.
