In a recent interview from ad:tech San Francisco, Yancy Naughton from HasTraffic chats with TheMail about what’s new with his company, explaining that their focus recently has been on getting more traffic, more specifically finding people who can produce CPC emails.

These are some key takeaways from the video:

  •  After telling us that HasTraffic is looking for people to help them with CPC traffic, Yancy explained how HasTraffic deals with that sort of traffic. He said that HasTraffic will test the CPC with a test budget and a test number of clicks and then analyze the results. Yancy continues by saying that no matter what the traffic is selling for, the publisher wills till receive 85% of the revenue.
  • Yancy says that you don’t have to say what kind of traffic you have, but that unspecified traffic generally sells for much less, so the more that HasTraffic knows about the traffic, the more they are able to sell it for.
