In a recent interview from AdTech in New York City, Mike Carney talks about his company Performance Marketing Jobs, their recent expansion, and what kinds of jobs have the highest demand in the current marketplace.

In the interview, Mike tells TheMail that currently, people are recruiting for “revenue-generating positions” such as business development, client management, affiliate management—”anything that drives the bottom end dollar, that’s the key positions that people want to grow.”

These are some key takeaways from the video:

  •  Carney describes Performance Marketing Jobs as a “contingency-based” recruiter for the performance marketing industry. The company has also recently expanded to having a “network of niche focus sites” including demand side platform jobs, SaaS jobs, mobile marketing jobs, and a soon-to-be launched real time bidding job site as well.
  • With increased competition in the marketplace, companies are trying to get the best candidates possible to fill their positions, so Performance Marketing Jobs has seen increasing activity on the job recruitment side.
