In a recent interview from this year’s AdTech conference in New York City, Anne Marie Russo talked with TheMail’s Murray Newlands about her company MailUp, an email service provider that offers a wide rage of services and specializes in small to medium-sized businesses.
In the interview, Anne Marie explains that MailUp is equipped to handle enterprise-level companies, but is primarily focused on the SME businesses—helping them target their customers better and increase engagement through email messages.
To learn more about MailUp and how they are managing to get into inboxes despite decreasing deliverability rates, watch the video below:
These are some key takeaways from the video:
Besides working with SME businesses, and with the ability to handle enterprise-sized clients, MailUp works directly with agencies as well to help their clients deliver, segment, target, and automate their email campaigns.
MailUp increases user engagement by targeting customers using behavior, personal preferences, e-commerce transactions, and other filters.
MailUp offers “check-up features” such as email analysis which allows senders to check their messages across multiple platforms before sending them to their recipients.
According to Russo, mobile optimization is the hot topic within the industry at the moment and MailUp provides its clients with a number of features, including responsive design templates, to help them get the most out of their email campaigns, especially for mobile users.
