In a recent interview from AdTech in New York City, Kristen Erickson from Soleo talks to TheMail about Soleo’s platform and services which includes directory assistance and lead generation for missed phone calls.
In the interview, Kristen explains that Soleo sells phone leads to businesses, and has developed very unique relationships with phone carriers in the US that enables Soleo to field hundreds of millions of calls monthly.

One of the more unique services that Soleo provides is redirecting calls to disconnected businesses. The company uses their software to intercept those calls, find out “where the caller was trying to reach, what vertical was it in,” and connect them with a related business.
Soleo fields calls across thousands of verticals, Kristen told us, with the ability to segment fairly specifically. “Our biggest ones are typically insurance, which we can segment into auto insurance, health insurance, life insurance, so we cover a ton of different segments there,” she said.
