This year, TheMail made its debut appearance at LeadsCon East in New York City—a premier networking event for Internet Marketers. With numerous networks, ad agencies, and technology companies at this year’s conference, TheMail was able to meet and interview people from all across the lead generation space. We’ve done some stories and tip lists in the past on SMS text message marketing, but hadn’t done an interview with a company who specializes in it, until now. This year at LeadsCon, we caught up with Strike Iron to learn more about their company and how they can help clients send more effective SMS marketing messages.
“We verify contact data, enhance contact data through append services, and we enable you to send text messages through an SMS API,” said Leigh Haydon of Strike Iron. “We own our own infrastructure, which allows us to totally control the accuracy and efficiency of the APIs and the algorithms verifying the information, we can tie into multiple data sources on the back end which enhance match rates, and it enables you to send SMS on a shared short code so you don’t have to take out your own short code and go through the compliance.”
