While at the most recent Denver Affiliate Meetup, we interviewed Richard Nolan from CallPixels, a company that we were previously unfamiliar with. However, after a short interview we were able to learn a bit about the company and how they are helping their clients add phone numbers and call tracking to their existing affiliate offers, and also integrate seamlessly with affiliate management systems.
“Basically we have two parts to our business, the first part being able to track who makes the phone ring for our customers, and the second part being able to figure out who can get those leads from our publishers,” Richard explained. “I would more describe it as a lead distribution system, similar to the way someone goes to a website, fills out a lead, hits submit, it goes to a database and figures out who should get the call; we do the same thing but with phone calls. The call comes in, we figure out if the targets are open or closed, so they get eliminated or they’re not in the right geography they’ll get eliminated, now we know the next person should get a call. If they want a field sorted for them, like how much federal debt does a student loan customer have, and have they been out of school for over six months—we only ask those two questions, if they pass those two questions, they’ll get the lead, otherwise it will go on to the next target if those tags, as we call them, fail.”
