Just a few months ago we interviewed Ellie Johnston of VoloMP to find out more about the company’s large-scale email platform. In the interview, Ellie walked us through the details of her VoloMP’s service, how it can help mailers speed up their workflow, and how the platform is able to outperform its marketplace competitors.
Today, TheMail is once again chatting with a member of the VoloMP team, this time with Joe Simovic, regarding the support that VoloMP provides its users. In our interview with Joe, we’re focusing specifically on how VoloMP helps users get set up and start emailing effectively and efficiently.
“It’s acatually the clients who fish out the IP ranges they’re going to use, so they come to us with the IP ranges they’ve leased, say ‘I’ve got this IP range, this IP range, and I’ve acquired these domains, could you please set those up for me,'” Joe explained. “So about those IP ranges, hopefully they come with a note saying this is the first and this is the last usable IP, and of course this is the net mask, if not we do out best to actually take an educated guess and verify that we actually hit it, so we buy those IP ranges on the Volo.”
