Over the past few years Facebook has become an invaluable marketing resource, and with over one billion current users, that certainly does not come as a surprise. With it’s growing foothold on all-things Internet, advertisers are constantly seeking new ways to reach large numbers of potential customers on the ever-expanding social network. However, successful Facebook advertising campaigns can be somewhat difficult for advertisers; lucky for them, there are companies like Triggit that specialize in marketing via the social network.

While at the RampUp Summit in Mountain View, Murray Newlands had the opportunity to speak with Triggit CEO Zach Coelius, who defined his company as a “retargeting company on Facebook” that helps “marketers find their users on Facebook, show them ads, and sell them products.”

When asked how Triggit retargets customers on Facebook, Zach explained:

“It’s very simple. You put a pixel on your website or in your Emails, or wherever it is that identifies your users, and in that pixel you can process what kind of products those users are looking at, what kind of behavior those users are doing, exhibiting, and then we use that to deliver the ads.”

To find out more about Triggit and the ways in which it helps advertisers reach customers on Facebook, watch the entire interview with Zach at the top of the page, and visit http://triggit.com/facebook-retargeting.
