1. Seed your competitors lists.

Many Emailers run their own offers for list generation and co-registration and will often promote these for other affiliates to drive traffic to. Create a few fake Email accounts and register for these offers. Then, simply sit back and watch as the Emails come in to see what offers your competitors are sending out. By studying the offers that your competitors are promoting, as well as the ways in which they are promoting those offers, you will gain insight into what is popular at the moment and what type of ad strategy works best for that particular offer.

2. Use Offersearch to search for high converting offers in your sector.

There are great tools out there to help you find the right offers for your campaigns. Tools like Offersearch allow you to look up the specific topic of an offer and will tell you the payouts it is on, as well as what payouts are currently available. Finding an offer that interests you personally and pays well will make for an easier campaign with a higher ROI.

3. Ask your affiliate manager.

Your affiliate manager should know what offers are currently running in your niche at any given time. They should also be searching for great offers that will suit you well. Keep in mind, however, that not all offers will be on the market when you login, so be sure to ask your affiliate manager what is new and hot.

4. Test.

To get to the best offers, you will need to test a variety of different offers to find out what is converting best and what will provide the highest ROI. Allow a part of your capacity for this so that you’re able to keep testing new offers and find the most successful ones.

5. Check out what’s happening with Facebook ads for your target audience.

If you don’t already have one, make sure to setup a Facebook account to show you what your specific audience is being targeted with. Not all offers work across the various different channels, however, some of them will. If your niche is being blasted with offers for “Product X” on Facebook, there’s a chance that that offer may work for Email too, so being aware of the social space can prove advantageous even if you do Email marketing exclusively.
