Earlier during the Denver Affiliate Meetup, Murray spoke with Colleen Sumpter of Engage BDR about what the company does and what makes them stand out from the crowd. Well, later on in the meetup, TheMail caught up with Morgan Thomas from EDK Innovations to talk about media buying with Engage BDR—how it works, whether it’s valuable, and how Morgan has made his deals with Engage BDR successful.
When asked about his history with Engage BDR, Morgan told TheMail that over the course of 11 separate campaigns with the company, he has never lost money—a pretty impressive feat. Based on his success, we asked him for some tips on media buying and he offered up this advice:
“One of the big things is, tracking is everything. You want to make sure that your tracking’s fast, the redirects are quick, also with your landing pages, if you don’t capture the users attention on the page, it doesn’t load fast enough, it will distract the user and they’ll end up clicking off or become disinterested in whatever you’re trying to advertise.”
